The Holiday Season
The holiday seasons are my favorite times of the year. Especially the Christmas season. Thanksgiving is a fun time of the year but it seems to me like Thanksgiving is a shorter season. Yes, most of us get break from school and work for Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving seem like a one or two holiday, you gather with family and enjoy a feast. perhaps, if family is not around, you enjoy food that you would not normally eat and you overindulge. Still taking time to text or call to give family members well wishes.
Christmas season to me starts around December 1 until December 25. The rean it is my favorite holiday and holiday season is just the feeling of kindness in the air. Total strangers wishing other total strangers Merry Christmas, and sometimes with a smile. I enjoy seeing the decorations in people's yard. Also, around this time of the year, the stores are typically full of shoppers. The Christmas music just hits different too! There is still the element of gathering with family and having a special meal. Not to mention, most people probably get a long break from school and work than any other holiday.

I enjoyed your post. I also enjoy the holidays. At my work currently they’re playing christmas music and it just creates a wonderful atmosphere. I also enjoy seeing people decorate their yards. My obsession right now is the nightmare before christmas, so I love when I see either jack or sally out in someone’s yard. -Anna Rangel

Christmas is a special holiday for me as well. It was helps that my birthday is on the 26th of December, so it's nice to have it when family is in town.
